Terms of Service effective 04/05/2025

Welcome to Redwood 3D Printing  Company.  By accessing or using our website, products, and services you agree to the following terms and service. Please read them carefully.

We provide custom 3D printing and scanning services, prototyping, design assistance and wholesale 3D printed parts. Customers may submit their own 3D model files or request design work from us.

All files submitted for printing must comply with our content policy, see section "Prohibited Use"; 

Once an order is submitted and accepted, you will receive an estimated delivery date;

Custom orders may not be modified or cancelled once production begins.

All prices are listed in "USD";

Full payment is required before production starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing;

We accept payments through Godaddy.com;

Sales tax may be applied based on your location.

We ship to throughout the United States;

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed;

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

You may not use our services to print or request items that are;

unlawful; for example, weapons, drugs, or counterfeit parts;

Offensive, obscene, or infringing on third party IP;

Dangerous or violate local/state/federal law;

We reserve the right to reject any order that violates these terms.

You retain all the rights to the 3D Models you submit;

By submitting a design, you grant us a non exclusive license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order;

We do not sell, share, or reuse customer designs unless explicitly agreed upon.

Do to the custom nature of 3D printing, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect;

Claims must be made within seven (7) days of delivery with photo evidence;

Approved returns may be eligible for a reprint or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our limited is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.  Our models are not intended for children under the age of five (5) years of age.

We may update these terms of service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes the acceptance of any changes.
